The filter grade upgrade is ideal for situations where dripping or splashing liquids or heavy airborne debris, i.e., sawdust, are common. The cover protects these hazards from getting into the filter. An opening on the bottom of the guard allows air to flow into the enclosure, where the filter will stop up to 98% of the additional particulates down to .1 microns. In a typical environment, the guard can extend the filter’s life by 3 times, providing significant cost savings while protecting the equipment further.
